About The Gap

The Gap neighborhood is part of the broader Bronzeville community located in the city’s South Side (4 miles from the Loop). The Gap is home to some of the area’s most historic architecture. The neighborhood district boasts an array of Victorian, Gothic, Renaissance and not to mention Frank Llyod Wright designed homes— many of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
