About Sauganash

Sauganash is located within the Forest Glen community area on the northern border of Chicago (11 miles N from the Loop). Boasting a suburban-like feel with plenty of green space, parks, golf courses, and forest preserves, Sauganash is an outdoor haven. Everything from tennis and basketball courts to baseball fields, playgrounds, walking trails, swimming pools, and field houses can found in the neighborhood. And residents much appreciate the area’s peaceful vibe and friendly sense of community. In 2010 Sauganash was officially designated as a historic district.
