Cathy Yanda is a true professional and we wholeheartedly recommend her. We found ourselves in an awkward situation; we were living out of state and dealing with what could have been a difficult home sale. Cathy went above and beyond in helping us organize the clean up of the property on short notice going so far as to help us find movers and even showing up with coffee, donuts, and plastic bags to help us move out over forty years of my parents belongings. Most important, the property was previously listed for six months with another realtor; Cathy did something the previous realtor could not do -- she sold the property within three weeks for full asking price (this was in the difficult 2017 market not 2021's super-heated seller's market).
